Please note we have an online store only. We based in London, we deliver our infinity roses anywhere in the UK.

Delivery Service is available Monday – Friday by using Royal Mail Special next day by 1pm guaranteed or DPD courier services.

London delivery fee (within M25 2 working days) £3.9

UK Standard Delivery (2 working days): £4.9

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day and arrive within 2 working days.

Please note,  we must pack your order well to avoid any damages and we must put the lid on the box to be able to deliver to anywhere in UK.

If you require a specific delivery date please leave us a note at the checkout and we will do our best for you.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been placed to let you know that we’ve received it and we are ready to  prepare your order. If you don’t receive any email from us please contact us via email.

The Luxury Roses of London will personally deliver the bigger arrangements and fresh cut roses to London postcodes.

​The Luxury Roses of London can’t be held responsible if a delivery arrives late/ get lost due to any circumstances of the postal service that we use or anything else outside of our control.  We cannot guarantee unforeseen circumstances, such as lost item, damage or delay that results in a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place by the postal service . The Luxury Roses of London could assist the customer in resolving any issues that may be a result of a third party failure. 

If there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the order an ‘I missed you’ card will be left. The recipient then has a choice to either collect the item from their local delivery office or arrange a re delivery.

Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so, by emailing at info@theluxuryroseslondon.co.uk. Please give 24 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date.

In case of cancellation/receiver’s dissatisfaction of the order (within the 24-hour period), the store is happy to provide you a credit that is valid for 12 months – no cash refund is permitted in that case.

In the event that you are not satisfied with The Luxury Roses of London service, any complaints should be addressed in the first instance to info@theluxuryroseslondon.co.uk.

Our Customer Service Contact Centre is available from 9:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Saturday.

Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

Complaints policy: In the event of any complaint, please contact us and we will do all we can to put the situation right.
